As we switch to a new website, Admin saw an article that we posted a year ago on the 31st March 2024. Khun Nay had shared with me that one of her staff had informed her that some of the photographers told her that Bestie Thai Costume has very high standards. This might sound proud but I am not in the least surprised.
We here at Bestie Thai Costume whether it is the staff at the shopfront or the administrative team handling the website and social media platforms all conform to Khun Nay's vision of excellence. Staff had been let go before for not keeping to that standard that Khun Nay requires.
When a customer enters our shop, customers are afforded more than a mere transactional experience. Each individual receives meticulous attention to detail, from the careful selection and fitting of their traditional Thai attire to the harmonization of accessories with their chosen ensemble. The same brand of this high standard applies when a customer decides to opt for makeup services. Foundation and makeup are carefully applied by either Khun Nay or our staff. The reasoning for this is very simple as Khun Nay shared with me that since the customer paid for the makeup services, it's our responsibility to ensure that each customer departs Bestie Thai Costume looking and feeling their best, eschewing mediocrity in favor of excellence.
We might be a small establishment. We might not have a fancy shopfront. We might not rank top amongst all the shops in the area. However we take serious pride in our work and strives to imbue every customer with a sense of confidence and beauty as they embark on their journey from Bestie Thai Costume to Wat Arun.
